I would definitely recommend this place! Tammy and Ike are wonderful to work with. They have great prices and are very honest people. Their customer service is Amazing!!!
To be fair the 1 star is mostly at Big Tex, but since IW Trailer is the customer facing dealer it also applies to them. My biggest complaint with the dealer is I was told my trailer order would be ready in approx. 2-6 weeks. After 12 weeks I hadn't had any status updates. I had to call and push for updates. My biggest complaint overall is after 14 weeks of waiting, Big Tex says they cant build the trailer, that I would have to go up to a pi60x14 to get slide in ramps.
