It was very difficult to get any updates on my delayed script. The Dr I saw was very pleasant, but my experience trying to correspond with the business was very off-putting.
Don't bother, go elsewhere. Whilst the nurse practitioner was very nice and personable, the clinic is seemingly impossible to reach over the phone much of the time and their pasadena desk was closed during their open hours. They are horrible with correspondence. This is the third day after my appointment and I still cannot get any update on my script from anyone at all. The nurse practioner has seemingly not responded to any enquiries about the status of my script. Just don't bother with this place.
