just a horrible experience with this company. Brought them a dress with some spots to take care off, week later, they are returning me a dress in the same condition as I brought it in. They didn't do anything at all, they didn't even dry cleaned it or pressed it. I paid 22 dollars for nothing. What a rip off.

I called just a few days before a wedding and they told me to bring my dress in that day and they were able to alter it and have it ready in time in just a few days for about $100 which is similar or cheaper to what other places would charge but no where else could of gotten it done so quickly! I will definitely come back here

Always bring my clothes in here . They are fast ! Great customer service. The Asian lady is super nice . Highly recommend.

I had a very poor experience at this company. I took a dress for a wedding to be hemmed and the straps to be taken in. When I received the dress, it was hemmed. But the straps were clearly not taken in at all. I went to take the dress back, and the owner was gone on vacation all week. I was stuck having to find another company to do the straps with 4 days until the wedding AND pay again. I needed my curtains hemmed and had time constraints. I assume I was dealing with the owner (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) and she was awesome! She got them done on time despite the fact that she clearly had a lot of work to do. I really appreciated her help I would definitely recommend ivyland!
