Rude, don’t do business here. My sister had a vow renewal and planed this with owner last November. For the ceremony oct 5th 2024. My wife and I was supposed to pick up the flowers and they didn’t even remember that this was ordered. Nothing was done. She did say she would make it right and have them delivered to Fisher for the event. She arrived and made something different than what was ordered. Wish I could give 0 stars. She is absolutely rude and does not have a single ounce of customer service. Everything in our order was wrong and she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix it. Not even apologize. Refuses to give a refund when she forgot our order and then made it completely wrong. Also the flowers were literally dying! White roses were brown and falling apart. Save yourself a HUGE headache and go somewhere else!!
It's always a nice experience. I stop in on mothers Day while visiting and get her flowers. Great store with nice gifts, besides the nice flowers.
