I love this place for our children! Great customer service and always wise advice!
A negative star is the one I want to review Dr. Masserman. She is the worst pediatrician I have ever met !! My 15 month boy was fussy and crying, looks like somewhere pain in his belly. She examined him so rude and performed very poor skills and basic knowledge. What make us really mad is she was keep yelling to us "I don't know how to do with him" I do not know what's going on with him", "I am lost" Be alarmed other parents when you going to schedule appointment for your little one with her
She is very rude. She kept cutting me off while I was talking and was talking over me. She screamed at me in front of my children telling me what to do. She huffed and puffed and stormed out the room into the doctors office and started to bad mouth me to the other doctors while the door was open. I approached her about it and asked “what did you say?” She said “you didn’t hear me?” I said I heard what you said but you didn’t have to come in here and bad mouth me with the door open so everyone
