Quick to respond while getting you to sigh up. And they respond quickly for the 1st week after you move your loved one in. After that they will not respond to e-mails or VM messages you leave. Up date 12/24/24 This is the second time they have sent my mother to the hospital and have failed to notify me that they did so. I guess I should be grateful they have sense enough to call 911 for her, but there is no excuse in them not notifying anyone about it!
Although it's taken a little time for dad to adjust, he seems to be pretty happy here. New admin are working hard to accomodate their residents and are upbeat and professional. All of the staff seem to be very caring people.
Ivy Springs is truly a special community. We have recently moved in our loved one, and from the first encounter to move in day, until present day…they have been phenomenal! Management has been very receptive and easily accessible to families and have made the move in process so seamless. Thank you for your caring hearts and love for the community you serve.
My dad has been living there for a few months now. We are very happy with our decision. The management team is knowledgeable, helpful and caring. My Dad talks about the caregivers as his friends. I would highly recommend this place for any senior that needs an assisted living environment .
Ivy Springs has been a wonderful place for my relative. She has adjusted well there over the last 6 months. The staff really cares for them and works to keep them engaged in activities. They provide activities, outings, and family events, which has been good to get to know the staff. We love the new leadership team at Ivy Springs as they have been very communicative and discussing care plan etc. Thanks Ivy Springs for all you do!
