Total disappointment. I didn't feel respected at all. She just booked one hour for me and once i did a circus to be there, she told me she had an issue with her hand and that she couldn't do my hair or do the blow dry and that it would be better to look for a consultation in advance....WHAT? Why she didn't say anything before? It was impossible to talk to her before the appointment. She didn't answer the messages or calls. Very unprofessional. 5 stars? Yeah right!

Ivy has been amazing in accommodating my crazy work schedule. As someone with dark hair it’s really important to find someone who can actually color and have it show up. She is transparent in her costs and communicates throughout the appointment about expectations and next steps. 10/10 recommend
