This was my first visit with Ivy and we had bit of a rocky start. My appt was for 3pm and I was not seen until 3:45pm. Ivy was very apologetic and I do understand things happen but 45 minutes late is a big delay and I would've been okay with being rescheduled. I just wanted a pretty basic cut with little layers and my bangs trimmed. She did a very amazing job cutting my bangs but she thinned out my already thin hair a ton and gave me very severe layers. I absolutely love my hair! Ivy really listened to what I wanted and understood the look I was going for—soft caramel-beige highlights, a natural dark base, subtle face framing, and beautiful medium layers. She nailed it! Ivy is so lovely! I’m so grateful I found her. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and never once made me feel rushed. From washing my hair to the cut and styling, she was so intentional, gentle, and thorough. You can truly tell she cares about her work and her clients. She did such a beautiful job fixing my hair, and I left feeling so much more confident and happy with it. I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be coming back!
Ivy did such a great job with my haircut and dye. I’m very happy with how my hair turned out.
