Just received my new ring from Ivy & Rose after selecting the diamond and working with them on a custom setting. A great experience. I was emailed designs and suggestions every step of the way until I selected exactly the setting and design I wanted. Cost was less than my usual retail jeweler who made my last ring using a setting from a catalog. This is far more personal. This review is for an online order. I recently purchased the following item off of Ivy & Rose's website: GARNET NATURAL DIAMOND PENDANT 14K YELLOW GOLD NECKLACE. The item is advertised as a necklace, so you can imagine my disappointment when it arrived as the pendant only the day I was planning to give it as a gift. I was informed if I wanted a necklace, it would cost an additional $100. Buyer beware.
Very happy with Ivy & Rose. My husband purchased my engagement ring back in 2013 when they used to be My Diamond Zone. I love their vintage inspired pieces and reasonable prices. Recently, we contacted them about a different diamond for my engagement band for our anniversary. I worked with Brittney and she was outstanding! I received the upgraded engagement ring and pendant necklace order today and couldn’t be happier. I will always be using them for future jewelry purchases. Thank you!
