I've been bringing my cousin to the Westwood location for PT and everyone has been wonderful! Kelly at the desk is always super helpful with scheduling and PT Shane works so well with my cousin who has special needs. They went out of their way to help facilitate free county transportation and are always patient, flexible and kind. PT Gianna also fills in and has been wonderful, too. My cousin is getting stronger, more mobile, and has increased confidence. I highly recommend Ivy rehab in Westwood!
Fantastic clean modern facility spacious inside. Plenty of parking in the on site lot. I've only been going for about three weeks since taking a nasty fall but am seeing the difference now in how i felt vs how i feel now. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My therapist is Gianna. I can't say enough good things about this place. This is the place to go for therapy in the Westwood area!
I had my first post surgery appointment with Gianna She was friendly, and gentle , and knows her stuff !! I believe I’m in good hands for the rest of PT !
