The place is clean. Everytime you go someone check you in and then tell you what to do. There is always one worker who is always on the phone which is very unprofessional. The other worker works with multiple people at one time. You may get little assistance from the worker that’s always on the phone.I think this facility needs more workers to work with the customers.
Facility is clean. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
Definitely recommend this place. Rob is great at what he does!
The facilities at Ivy Rehab were up-to-date and modern. The atmosphere was conducive and the Staff were amazing making you feel that you can do anything. That you can heal on the road to recovery.
Highly recommended! I came with a long bothering shoulder problems, and feeling a lot better. And importantly, Rob and Matt are super friendly!
