Upon arrival I was met by a nice Woman ( Julia,PT) ,then directed to the desk ,Another nice Woman ( Donna,Reception I believe),She took info ,showed me the check in Kiosk ,Julia took me to consult room for my 1st time To see my strength & flexability.which is fair ,I need help ,Hoping I get more function & stamina from this all .
My first time having physical therapy, I am impressed with the treatment I am receiving as well as the specific attention I receive relative to the related condition I am experiencing. The persons that have attended to my issues are serious with applying caution while applying exercises, as well as exhibiting how much they like helping to bring a person to the point of gaining back their strength. Very much appreciated.
The staff is knowledgeable and courteous.
