Matt is so knowledgeable. When I started my 1st session I had pain bending forward. I could only bend half way to the floor. At the end of that first session I could touch the floor with no pain! Matt took his time explaining what he was going to do and why. Later in the evening I got a text with “homework” to do at home. I have a feeling I will be just fine by the end of my therapy sessions.

At home I have discovered dry needling and it is heaven sent. I've traveled to PA from TX and had a very painful flare. I was searching for relief and wasn't really sure anyone could repeat the results I've found at home . Took a chance with Ivy rehab ,having first talked with the Dr at their facility. He was open to my questions and was engaging. First hurdle . I made the right choice. Although I expected treatment to an area other than where he started,the session produced very good results.
