Highly recommend. I am a runner and ankle, foot, knee injuries are common and I continually need some help. The team at Ivy has always helped me get back in shape and ready for races or otherwise. I mostly work with Joe, and his approach and treatment are very effective! I can always count on the team help me navigate this.
This is my second time at Ivy Westtown. First was for a fractured foot from pickleball. After being in a boot for 3 months I began rehab 2-3 times a week for several months. Ivy made it fun and interactive with a goal of getting me back competing on the tennis court. We worked on balance, strength, and flexibility. Joe and Emma were pivotal in getting me back to 100%. I highly recommend ivy rehab physical therapy in West Chester. I worked mostly with Emma to rehab after both knee replacement surgeries. I also worked with Joe and Matt. It was a great experience. If, I ever need rehab again, I will definitely return.
