I want to thank Taylor Tempesco and her wonderful team for helping me strengthen the muscles around my hip and my back to help alleviate some pain. Throughout my time there Taylor listened to me when certain moves aggravated my hip and found others that worked better for me! I highly reccommend Taylor and her team!!
