I had a negative experience. During the first session, the trainer only told me what to do without explaining the purpose of the exercises. I stopped doing them, but she never checked in to see if I was okay. In contrast, she was very kind and attentive to the other patients, engaging with them in conversation. I felt out of place, like an intruder, while doing exercises in the facility. After just three sessions, I decided to leave and find a different place
Amy is amszing . Every time I come to my appointments she greets me with the kindest, most genuine, welcoming smile when I am late she treats me respectfully and with no judgement f. I look forward to seeing her three times a week Amy sets in a rare find in this crazy busy world we live in setting a positive tone for the rest of my sessions. She is a gem.
