My therapist was Jenna...on.a scale from 1to 10...she was a 30..fantastic...knowledgeable...considerate..kind...spent time explainjng...just.an all around fantastic therapist..thank you Henba. The others there were wonderful ..friendly and nice people. Glad I chose them Thank you
Tore my bicep, had a bone spur removed and additional work on my shoulder and went to Ivy pre- and post surgery and the team did an awesome job taking care of me. Jenna, Nina, Lance and the staff were extremely attentive, thoughtful and are very good at their job. I’m 10 weeks post surgery and on my way to recovery thanks to the stretching and exercises prescribed. Thank you for the help and the welcoming environment!
I came early in the morning (pre coffee, so you know the staff wasn't at their best)... and still got a wonderful experience! Short version for my non-readers: Staff was happy to be there, helpful, knowledgeable, and talked me through what I was doing and why. I checked in and paid for my visit within minutes at the self checkin kiosk and did my intake. The staff there really understood why I was there and what needed to happen to make my knee stronger.
