Ivy Rehab is great. They are very professional and helpful with insurance, scheduling, etc. They always answer the phone and they return your calls, both of which seem to be rare business features these days. They utilize tech effectively. You can fill out most forms online (ahead of time), see / pay your bills, monitor your insurance information, etc. You can receive text messages about your appointments and even check in that way! If I could give 10 stars, I gladly would. I have used 3 other PT groups in the Daleville area but none compare to Ivy. I've been receiving therapy there for 3 separate issues and I just can't say enough good things about Sara and Mikal. Both of them are professional, thorough, thoughtful, kind, encouraging and just wonderful to be around. I'm going to hate it when I'm through getting put through the ringer with them! The staff is friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable. My therapist is awesome! The facility is great, and I love that I can check in and pay from my phone before arrival. Overall, a great experience!
All the therapist have been great and helped me a lot. Patients have to do their part also in order for therapy to be successful. Very professional and friendly and put me at ease right away. Great environment. I have told everyone around me how great they have been. Thank you Ivy Rehab
