My insurance lapsed and I requested to stop service/treatment, but service has continued and Im going to be liable for 100% of charges. Will be consulting a lawyer about my legal avenues.
Switched to Ivy after having a poor experience for 8 weeks without progress at another provider. Everyone from the front desk to DPT was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I’m hopeful they can make significant progress considering half my insurance benefit was used up elsewhere.
