feeling better even after the first session, great physical therapy center
I was referred here from NY Orthopedics, and this place turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. The first visit with Maica was the only good experience — she actually cared and explained my pain. After that, it was downhill: one therapist rushed me through without paying attention, another couldn’t even get up from her chair and just barked out exercises without checking if I was doing them right. Highly recommend Ivy Rehab, particularly Adrian. I had a serious ski accident and broke my arm which required surgery. When I got to Ivy, although cleared by my surgeon at HSS, I could barely lift anything with my right arm, flex my arm to reach my face or straighten my arm. As a fitness professional and active in sports person, not getting my arm to 100 % was just not an option. Had such a good experience at Ivy Rehab that it is almost bittersweet that my knee is better and I don't get to go in and see them anymore! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for PT on the UES. Thanks to Adrian, Sophia, and Jean for all of your help!
