Jannis and Cynthia are amazing, I had a boxer’s fracture and runner’s knee - and I left better than when I got there! So good that I had to come back after a new injury😂 definitely recommend!
I had a great experience. Leigh Freedman helped me recover from a hip labrum tear that had been bothering me for 3 years. I’m an avid runner and i’m back to running now with no pain. Leigh was a great listener and catered the program to my specific needs and left me with an exercise regiment that I will continue to do to keep my hip strong and mobile so that I can continue to run.
