First visit, but extremely impressed. Very knowledgeable staff. They explained everything. They asked if I had questions. I felt very comfortable and hopeful!
I loved how laid back Ivy is. They allowed you to go at your own pace. My favorite of all physical therapy places I’ve been too. They give you push when needed.
Very nice people
They are very kind but they don't have good communication. On my last visit, they scheduled me for Monday and before that, you receive a message to confirm and I didn't receive it, so I called them and they told me that they would see me until Wednesday and on Wednesday, I didn't receive the message either. So I called again and this time no one answered, so I showed up for my appointment and it was closed, so I assumed that the therapy was over because I didn't receive any additional information from them.
