The team at this location is great, so professional and inviting. Stephanie is amazing with helping book appointments around a busy schedule she even called to wake me up for sessions. I worked mostly with Rylie and Katie they were so knowledgeable and encouraging I honestly owe my entire knee recovery to them. Madison was phenomenal she kicked my butt on days I really needed it kicked to help with my recovery. She was so sweet and truly cares about her craft. I would give this location a sixth star if possible.
Wonderful group of people! They are kind, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend Ivy Rehab in the University area of Charlotte to anyone who may need physical therapy.
I absolutely love them! I go to the university location and everyone is so pleasant and understanding. Riley and Katie allow me to adjust my workouts as needed and make sure everything is tailored to my specific goals. Stephanie the receptionist is also amazing and so kind. I know it’s not a place for children but they understand my situation and are so patient and kind to my son. I would not go anywhere else for physical therapy!
I am very pleased with the service and care that I received at Ivy rehab at the hands of Riley, Katie, Madison, Johnny, and of course, another phenomenal physical therapist by the name of Carmen. Upon my arrival to this location, I was previously treated at another facility in Atlanta, Georgia, which did not actually remedy the pain and discomfort.
