10 out of 10 recommend! The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Our 10 year old daughter was a patient at the Lincolnton location for an injury to her knee. Jason went above and beyond to make her therapy sessions fun and interactive. She looked forward to her appointments. I had a bad experience with PT solutions just trying to get an appt at a facility close to my home. I researched, found Ivy and another and referenced my insurance which covered both. I chose Ivy just based on it was closer and I liked the location. I couldn't be more pleased from the ease of talking to one person who set up my appt and processed my information to the therapist who are professional and knowledgeable, who gave me simple tips to get comfortable in this brace. Friendly, informative staff that appears very knowledgeable. Appear to take a personal interest in each patient. I was very satisfied with the improvement in my physical condition after going through their regimented plan. I have been in PT on several of occasions and rate this over all previous PTs. My thanks to the entire staff.
Jason was knowledgeable and great to work with, very personable. Lisa was always helpful, smiling and cheerful.
