I went to Ivey Rehab for my shoulder. My therapist, Jason evaluated it the first time I went and then set up my exercises to help it heal and become stronger. He explained all the exercises and made sure I was doing them correctly. I think the thing I appreciated the most was the encouragement and praise you get while you're there. All the staff are friendly and caring. Even though the rehab was hard at times I knew I was cared about. I was very impressed with the service I received from Jason at Ivy Rehab in Lincolnton. He truly cares about the well being of the patient, sets realistic and challenging goals, and encourages you to do your best. He listens to any concerns and explains things thoroughly. The receptionist, Lisa, is also very pleasant and super efficient. I would highly recommend this group!
