Courtney was amazing from the start! She took the time to explain everything to me to make sure I understood my prognosis and the way we were going to fix it. Even though there were other patients scheduled in the same time block I never felt like I didn’t have her attention. She helped me tremendously and made sure I understood what to look for if my symptoms come back
I have been working with the Ivy Rehab team in their Morristown office after having elbow surgery. Specifically Adam, the OT and clinical Director is fantastic. He really knows his stuff. I also appreciate his ability to accommodate schedules. Always willing to make changes when he can. I also want to give a shout out to Courtney in PT. I was treated for a minor wrist injury. First, the sessions didn't even start on time. The exercises were a bit of a joke, so I stopped after 3 sessions. Most upsetting was the per session cost. I was told my deductible was $30, based on my insurance. It ended up being $50.
I had participated in physical therapy for my broken wrist at Ivy Rehab located at 95 Madison Ave, Morristown, NJ in the care of Adam Freitag, Clinic Director. The entire experience was a pleasure. Adam was absolutely professional, friendly and extremely attentive to my needs. I felt safe and confident in his care which enabled me to have the enthusiasm to progress to reach our goals sooner than expected.
