Allie and her team are THE BEST. She is an experienced physical therapist with an approach unlike any other PT I’ve come across (and I’ve come across many, here in Brooklyn). She deeply cares about her patients individually, she takes the time to answer all questions, explains super well how the body works and overall is just a really approachable and fun person! Ivy Rehab has some seriously great staff. Came in for an RSI injury and was booked and had my first session within a week. I've been to a few physical therapists so I knew what to expect in general, but was really impressed with the level of diagnostics and care. Shout out to Allie, she was absolutely phenomenal. My hand is feeling a lot better and I plan on coming back for routine rehab.
I had knee pain for 12 years and finally got answers then was referred to this ivy rehab location. Within a month my knee pain subsided significantly and I was back to doing the things I love. The staff was really friendly and personalized my care so that I ended with the best possible result.service and care is 10/10!
The staff made me feel very welcome and safe in my first P.T. experience. If I were to be injured again, I couldn't imagine another choice.
