I have pelvic floor dysfunction that has affected my life for the past year, when I was fortunate enough to see a urologist, I was referred to ivy rehab for treatment. I was not able to make the first or second appointment due to financial reasons, I rescheduled both 2 appointments. Ivy rehab has a rule that if you reschedule an appointment 3 times, they will cancel your ability to make an appointment at all, I was not informed of this rule, and I also didn’t reschedule my appointment 3 times, I rescheduled twice.
