Had Physical Therapy for the 1st time ever & I was very pleased with every aspect. The Medical Assistant Amanda was so patient & kind & went above and beyond. My therapist, Olivia, was very thorough & very knowledgeable. She was engaging & very easy to talk to. The facility was clean & organized. I would 100% recommend this place.
Everyone at Ivy Rehab was awesome! Olivia and Matt were fantastic to work with, and Amanda was always so helpful at the front desk. I feel so much better than when I first started, and I was even given workouts to do at home to keep me motivated in my recovery. If I ever need PT again, I would definitely return.
A few years back I saw Sharon Jean Ridella-Mehlos. I was struggling severely with depression and disordered eating. Her solution? Ask me what I didn’t like about my body and then before getting a chance to answer, made a degrading comment on my physical appearance. Then to help my anorexia…she told me to eat!
