Had Physical Therapy for the 1st time ever & I was very pleased with every aspect. The Medical Assistant Amanda was so patient & kind & went above and beyond. My therapist, Olivia, was very thorough & very knowledgeable. She was engaging & very easy to talk to. The facility was clean & organized. I would 100% recommend this place.
Everyone at Ivy Rehab was awesome! Olivia and Matt were fantastic to work with, and Amanda was always so helpful at the front desk. I feel so much better than when I first started, and I was even given workouts to do at home to keep me motivated in my recovery. If I ever need PT again, I would definitely return.
A few years back I saw Sharon Jean Ridella-Mehlos. I was struggling severely with depression and disordered eating. Her solution? Ask me what I didn’t like about my body and then before getting a chance to answer, made a degrading comment on my physical appearance. Then to help my anorexia…she told me to eat! Matt helped my son recover from his second knee surgery. He treated him with respect and understanding. He explained all exercises and stretches, so it made sense as to why it was going to help his knee. We had nothing but a positive experience, from treatment to appointment times that worked for us. My son's progress was amazing this time recovering, his leg is almost straight.
