I cannot express how pleased I have been while going to physical therapy at Ivy Rehab. Bobby and Liz are simply amazing and truly make you feel both understood and well taken care of. They want nothing from you but honesty with how you are feeling, and whether you are adhering to the stretching and exercises they show you to do while you’re at home. Unfortunately,I would say I am a professional physical therapy patient. Have been to many places throughout my 64 years but I finally found my go to place. The staff is amazing and very professional. They work cohesively together from check in to teaching me stretches and exercise. Many places teach you and leave but this group is constantly watching as you proceed through your regimen. Both Bobby and Liz are amazing therapist and have helped me after a arm surgery and I'm back again after hurting my back. They are super knowledgeable and caring. They go the extra mile to get you feeling better and make sure you understand the game plan. Ella at the front desk always has a great smile when you walk.
Everyone at Rochester Hills Ivy are the very best at everything they do! From greeting the client, making clients feel comfortable in the environment, assessing the problem(s) that need to be addressed, moving the client to more intense exercises as tolerated and needed and keeping the atmosphere light and friendly.
