Ethan is amazing and always smiling. What stood out most was how clearly he explained everything. Instead of just giving me exercises, Ethan showed me exactly what each one was doing and corrected my form every session. I never felt rushed, and the plan was clearly tailored to me—not generic. I am improving with each session. Overall everyone are very pleasant and easy to talk.
