Huge thanks to my physical therapists -Ashley, Casey, and Dan- helping me get back to lifting and work after my shoulder and leg injuries. They were not only super knowledgeable but also made every session fun and motivating. I really appreciated their support and guidance throughout the recovery—couldn’t have done it without them!
