I stopped by Ivy Rehab to see if they accepted my insurance. Unfortunately, they didn’t. Instead of simply sending me on my way, the physical therapist took the time to sit down with me, listen to what I was dealing with, and even performed a little hands-on physical therapy. That level of kindness and compassion is hard to find these days. It was obvious that this is a staff that truly cares about people, not just patients. On my first day in Nikki was very understanding and easy to talk with .everyone welcome you in when you walk in the door that was a plus for me so over all the team members are the best I would recommend anyone in. Everyone is great keep up the good work.
