This looks really disorganized. You learn that this is like a hospital in one room because all the employees know their jobs and are really consciensious about their patients, you.
This is my second injury where I needed physical therapy. Every appointment I had/have has gone well. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful in my past to present recovery. I would highly recommend Ivy Rehab to anyone looking to get physical therapy.
I have had consultation & 3 sessions of therapy at Ivy Rehab. I am very pleased with the facility. Friendliness immediately when you walk in the door. Therapists explain everything patiently & well as they show you how to do the exercises. Keeping you working but encourage you to take a break if needed. The treatments you receive make a difference. I am totally impressed. Highly recommend!
I was told by the front office that they reached out to my insurance on my behalf and each visit would only be $50. I paid that $50 upfront each visit. After my three visits concluded I got a bill for $436. I called in and the same girl at the front desk once again looked at my chart, said she remembered me, and that yes it was only $50 each visit so I should contact my insurance.
