Services were good; staff, helpful and patient. I would suggest though that before the beginning of any services a staff member sit and have a discussion on cost, how much of that will be covered by the patient's insurance and/or medicare. When one is 65 or older, and living on a fixed income, that becomes crucial information. Case in point . . .
