I had a very good experience at Ivy Physical Therapy. It started with Maureen at the front desk. She always greeted me with a smile and processed all the paperwork without incident. I found both of the therapists, Stephanie and Shallen, to be compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. I described my issue and a method of treatment was outlined. I signed on with Ivy Rehab after a bad ankle sprain. My therapist is Stefani and I couldn’t be happier with her expertise. At each session, she massages the injury, gives me exercises and answers any questions I have about how or why she has me doing each exercise. Early on, it became clear that KT taping helped reduce swelling and she has retaped the ankle at the end of each session. I entered therapy thinking that I would likely need surgery.
