From scheduling to the first visit, the staff was very professional and friendly. I could not have felt more cared for.
I had an excellent experience at Ivy Rehab on Celanese Rd. In Rock Hill,SC. Staff and Practitioners were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was given clear instructions and assistance as needed. I would highly recommend this PT service to those in need.
Susan, Jonathan and Becca are top-tier! 10/10 no notes on the staff. Only curiosity is why a PT office does not have ADA accessible doors.
Found this facility on Google. Definitely glad that I gave it a shot. All of the therapist and assistants are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and nice. They definitely care about their patients here. Everyone makes it so welcoming. Definitely feels like family. They go above and beyond for you here. I definitely recommend everyone to give this place a shot if you are looking for physical therapy. Wouldn’t regret it.
