Love the people! Justin was very thorough, and was a good listener as well! I've only been to 1 appointment so far so hopefully it continues to go well.
There’s a reason this place has no ratings under 5 stars. I’ve been to Athletico before for a different issue, and it felt more corporate with less personal engagement from the staff. In contrast, everyone here is friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. They put more effort into understanding your problem and making sure you’re taken care of, which makes a big difference.
Ivy Rehab has been a tremendous partner in helping our swimmer overcome injury, a youth with knock knees and an adult knee injury. We are thoroughly impressed and recommend Justin and Alex to anyone with pain that keeps them from moving!
Alex is AMAZING!!! Other PT places could not schedule me for an evaluation for 6 weeks, yet Alex got me in that evening. She stayed late on a frigid Friday night to conduct my Vertigo PT evaluation. I was so touched that she went out of her way for me. This is just one of the many ways Alex and the incredible staff at Ivy Rehab make you feel seen. The help, support and care I experience every time I go there is unprecedented. I am so grateful that they truly care about my wellbeing.
