Ivy rehab, specifically the location in King of Prussia, is top-tier treatment. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
This location is very clean and everyone who works there is amazing, super friendly and takes the time to get to know you. I want to ESPECIALLY recognize Michele S, who takes the time to explain everything and spend time without rushing and goes over everything in detail. I feel so relaxed after my sessions with her.
I love this practice! Greg Hogan has been my physical therapist for many years along with most of my family! When he moves to a new practice or location we all follow because we know he will get us moving again without pain! My favorite part of PT is his ability to administer Dry Needling! He has helped with my back, both knee replacements, shoulders (one replacement) and neck!
Services were good; staff, helpful and patient. I would suggest though that before the beginning of any services a staff member sit and have a discussion on cost, how much of that will be covered by the patient's insurance and/or medicare. When one is 65 or older, and living on a fixed income, that becomes crucial information. Case in point . . . Technician I saw was sweet and informative but the place is a hot mess. Crowded - yelling - lots of chaos all around- no privacy - just awful in my opinion.
I just completed 10 weeks of PT with Cathleene San Pedro, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive to all of my needs. Her attention to detail and monitoring of my progression from both an emotional and statistical perspective was excellent. Her support staff never missed a beat in insuring I completed all of my task both correctly and in a manner that only enhanced her leadership regarding my recovery. I'm in the mid sixties and have chronic lower back issues for over forty years. I want to share with others the positive experience(s) I've had with Jason and Ryan while receiving therapy at Elite in Attleboro. Having seen over ten different physical therapist over the years I can tell you without reservation that the team at the Attleboro Elite office is far superior to all my previous therapy treatment(s). Apparently if you have an issue with the Elite Physical Therapy they just do not answer your voice mails or messages. They have not once picked up their phone? Apparently they avoid when there's an issue. Avoidance is seemingly becoming the way companies deal with issues.
