Would not recommend. Was hesitant to go, did a month and a half there for shoulder/knee after a Motor vehicle accident. I dreaded attending these sessions as the Physical therapists do not monitor you. They put you at a station and walk away to tend to others that they triple booked your appointments with. They do not explain how ton properly do the exercises and then walk away for 15+ minutes. After 15 min they come back and move you to the next station. 5 stars all day long. From receptionists to the Phisical Therapists. Six stars on a 5 star scale. Ive been to more than my share of P Therapists and will say Ivy Rehabilitation in Randolph NJ is my best experience so far.
The team is very proficient. Knowledgeable, personable, have good communication with my doctor and each other, and we are getting excellent results.
