I have had terrible physical therapy experiences in the past. Let me be clear, this is not one of them. This facility offers friendly, attentive, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff(from receptionist to therapist). Hands-on, personalized treatments. I feel like I am really being cared for, that I am a priority, and that I am in good hands throughout my entire session. I never feel rushed or unimportant like I have felt in other facilities. I highly recommend Deborah Lenihan as one of the best physical therapist if you have any neck issues. She and her aide, Stephanie Christy did a wonderful job after 18 sessions returning the mobility to my neck. They are both caring and hard working professionals who know what they are doing. If I have any other issues, I would definitely use them again.
