Each and every staff member I encountered at Ivy Rehab was wonderful, the entire team is so helpful and knowledgeable. They all explain things in great detail and are very supportive to make it easier to implement at home. Having my child as a patient at Ivy Rehab for Kids was such a great experience all around, I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for somewhere to go!
I am VERY pleased with Ivy Kids Rehabilitation on Glocker Way, Pottstown PA. I have been bringing my grandson for therapy for the past couple of months & his progress has been amazing! The positive attitude, tips, feedback & constant encouragement has made a huge difference. When I walked in I was a scared parent who had no idea how to help our son with a concussion recover. We were immediately greeted by the nicest front desk staff. Then we walked through door and Katie assessed our son. She listened not only to us but to him. She was thorough, taking notes dillegently and listening. Not just nodding her head but really listening. She assured us he will get better. She told us it would take time. But that together we could achieve our goal of recovery for our son . Both of our sons have been coming here for speech therapy and everyone is amazing. The improvement with our kids speech has been incredible thanks to miss shea!
Love this place! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is clean. I saw an improvement after just 1 visit.
