My personal experience seeing my son interact with the physical therapist Tori has been amazing. She is so kind, personable, she takes care of him as if it were her child to ensure he is safe, and comfortable. He interacts with her like he has known her forever, which being a mom make this process so much easier. He is only 5 months old, and she understands some days are better than others and has allowed me to stop and feed him to make sure he is able to participate fully in his therapy, ensuring it is most effective. *Billing/Managment* Called to set up physical therapy and was told they take our daughters insurance- which includes cshc. After months of contacting the insurance and the office we were unable to get their information added to her insurance due to the office billing for individual therapists vs the location. Was given a number from our insurance for the office to call and manager advised the staff not to call. Asked to speak to a manager no call back.
