We loved the therapy provided at Ivy but are very unhappy with customer service of the billing department. They changed their billing with no notification to us. We were also not notified that there was any problem with the bills being paid by our insurance for 6 months! They are unwilling to resubmit. Highly disappointed in the lack of communication!! I am thrilled with the progress my son has made in both speech and occupational therapy! The therapists are incredibly skilled and compassionate, creating a warm and encouraging environment that makes learning fun. My son is more confident in his speech and has developed essential motor skills that enhance daily activities. The personalized approach and engaging activities keep my son motivated, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend ❤️
