I could not hand select better therapists for my children than the ones at Ivy, (especially Lauren, Tori, and Jalina!). Everything about our experience here has been exceptional. The front desk is professional and responsive, we have had no issues with billing, and the staff has worked hard to accomodate our need to schedule multiple therapies a week for multiple children. My son has been working with Ms Kimmy for the last few months and she has been amazing. Recently I needed an action plan put into place for daycare to help us with what we have been working on in OT and she was so responsive and helpful. Having a child with behavioral issues can be super stressful but having Ms. Kimmy and the rest of the Ivy for kids team here to help us on this journey has been amazing. Jalina is the best PT we have come across in our 5.5 years of physical therapy for our daughter. She thinks outside of the “textbook” and sees my daughter for who she is and what she needs verses our past PTs who insist upon “what has always worked.” We are so grateful for finding her!
Our children receive physical therapy with Jalina at Ivy Rehab. It didn't take Jalina sharing her background and personal experience for us to gather her passion through her efforts and guidance. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the therapy she provides, she is very communicative with us on what to work on, as well as the progress our child is making.
