We have had such a positive experience at Ivy Rehab! My son’s Occupational Therapist, Ms. Kaleigh, is the absolute best. She is very approachable and friendly, my son felt comfortable with her right away. She truly knows how to navigate young children and she is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her field. We are so grateful!
My daughter has had a wonderful experience working on her speech with the therapist at Ivy Rehab for Kids. They are wonderful and effective in the way that they have engaged my daughter to correct her speech patterns. She loves going their and I would highly recommend their services
This center denied speech therapy services for our child unless they were provided in Spanish, even though English is the language of his education and current therapy, and medical documentation confirmed a speech/language delay. This experience raised serious concerns of language-based discrimination. The denial of care and delay in treatment were deeply concerning. Not recommend this place for bilingual childreen specially in spanish.
-* The reason for my one-star review is due to a very frustrating administrative issue.* I attended an initial appointment at this location, but we decided to seek treatment elsewhere due to scheduling conflicts. Unfortunately, Ivy Rehab submitted an authorization request to my insurance, which prevented my daughter from being seen at another facility. This occurred back in November. Julianna has been amazing with my baby who has torticollis. She is always so warm and professional. Learning a lot from her in terms of exercises to focus on at home. Thanks so much! Also love the facility super clean and organized. Easy to make and change appointments too.
