I brought in my 7 month old to see Kaylyn yesterday for the first time. I was blown away by her and the whole experience. Her kindness meant so much to a first time mom with helping my daughter develop. I have always been a fan of PT, I have been a PT patient before so I trust the process of the body! Both of my children were patients at Ivy Rehab for Kids - my son (2-3 yo) for speech therapy with Ms. Caroline and my daughter (2-4 mo) for physical therapy with Ms. Kaylyn. Not only were the kids receiving high quality care, the therapists always provided great explanations of what was going on during the sessions and lots of good information for doing the work at home. The front desk and admin staff are also wonderful; extremely patient, kind, and responsive. Would absolutely recommend Ivy Rehab for Kids!
Highly recommend Miss Kaylyn!! She is simply the best! Our daughter, Elizabeth, was diagnosed with torticollis at the age of 3 months. As parents, we were understandably worried and overwhelmed at first. Excellent therapy. Horrible billing practices. Their normal billing was done over 1 year of OT. Insurance denied all services for 10 months of weekly sessions. The office in each session was reassuring that the services were covered. Please be prepared to pay self-pay rates for your services.
I can't say enough good things about this place. My son has been coming here for several months for OT with Katie McCall and PT with Kaylyn Krauss—and they have both been absolutely phenomenal. When we started, my son couldn’t swallow solid foods and was choking while drinking from bottles. Now, he’s absolutely thriving—eating and drinking like a champ!
