HORRIBLE scheduling department. Two times I made an appointment, with the office manager, and showed up only to find out “oh that’s not on our schedule today”. I left six messages previously to get an appointment the first time. The second time I made it face to face and had more faith, but alas, they failed to make the appointment on their end.
