Dealing with this office is incredibly frustrating. They have no one who works the front desk so you have to sign in at the kiosk. Fine. Our first visit the kiosk was erroring out. After the visit I asked to pay and they told me it was fine to wait until the next visit. The next visit I asked to pay and was told the same thing so I stopped asking. I have never been so horrified by an establishment as I was by this. The front desk is awful. Lacks consistency in scheduling for children. If you are seeking services for a child that needs continuous OR/PT/speech look elsewhere. Short term maybe…also the advertise PT…but have such limited ability it’s pathetic. Don't go there the speech therapist didn't have a clue how to deal with a child with hyperactivity she wanted an OT evaluation to help her but the biggest issue was that they were holding a speech session in and OT room even after me telling the therapist that that would not work. My son had one good session out of five before the therapist put sessions on hold because she had no clue what to do.
Melissa (OT) has made a tremendous impact on our family. We had a lot of food challenges with our 3 year old (stemming from an allergy when he was an infant) and he has been very unwilling to try new foods, limiting his food options to only a handful of things and made it very difficult to participate in family outings, parties and meals at school.
