Melissa (OT) has made a tremendous impact on our family. We had a lot of food challenges with our 3 year old (stemming from an allergy when he was an infant) and he has been very unwilling to try new foods, limiting his food options to only a handful of things and made it very difficult to participate in family outings, parties and meals at school. The staff here are wonderful. My child loves all of their therapists, and my child has thrived under their care. The staff deserves five stars and is the only reason I'm being generous in not giving them a one-star review. I feel badly giving them anything less than a five-star review, but the billing department is [expletive deleted] atrocious. We love Ivy Rehab for Kids! When I was seeking physical therapy services for my child, a friend of mine highly recommended Marisa and the rest of the PTs at this location. The PTs are so knowledgeable, caring and kind. We ended each session with noticeable progress each week (and my child had fun in the process). Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this practice and their team to any parents looking for PT and/or OT services.
