Everyone was warm, inviting, welcoming. Considering it was just a consultation, it helped they were honest about our needs and even though it was good news for us to not need anything further at this time, at least we were given information about next steps and when to come back based on development of our child. I definitely would recommend them as a place to use for services and support in the future.
My son has gone here for PT/OT/ST for 3 years and the staff is awesome. He has developed a relationship with his OT that is so beneficial for him.
Based off first impressions I can tell we will love ivy rehab!! Very thorough and friendly!
Ms. Michele is an amazing speech therapist! She has been working with my daughter, and the progress we’ve seen is incredible. Michele is patient, encouraging, and knows how to make each session fun while still very effective. My daughter looks forward to seeing her, and I can tell she feels more confident every day. We are so grateful for her dedication and the way she truly cares about her. Highly recommend!
Kind, flexible and fun. With the summer in full bloom, vacations become prevelent. My son's OT went on vacation and I was perfectly OK with missing the appointment as rescheduling can pose a lot of logistics. After communicating this, they still called me and let me know that there was an opening with a different OT. Loyalty means a lot to me. Thank you for putting your clients and their families first.
