Ivyrehab for Kids: I have been trying to dispute a late charge that shouldn’t have never happened. Talked to the front desk clerk on several occasions since early December 2024 and I even left a voicemail to Clinic Director over a month ago. I have not received a call back and all I keep getting is excuses from the front desk staff.
Had a fabulous speech experience here at the cedar road location with my toddler working with cassy. She moved on & Kami took over, who is also wonderful! Clean facility & easy online scheduling.
I wish I could give ten stars. Ivy rehab has been so good to our daughter. We have loved working with Miss Emily and our daughter has made such great progress in the 3 months that Miss Emily has been working with her. Having your child need therapy is a daunting experience and we have felt that our concerns have been supported with each visit which makes everything a little bit easier. Thank you Miss Emily and Ivy Rehab!
