One star is too high. I would avoid ivy rehab for kids at all costs. The pyhiscal therapists are great but their administration is absolutely atrocious. They don’t know how to enter your insurance information correctly, whether that’s with the selecting the right insurance, the correct effective, and any other excuse why they have yet to submit my daughter’s claims. I wouldn’t recommend their services it gives very much cookie cutter and their attendance policy is ridiculous especially for the younger kiddos who has multiple other therapist and services outside of them they “do not care”. They are not flexible whatsoever. Why would I bring my 2 year old who is exhausted from her other therapy sessions she already received during the day in for even more services after she is tired and cranky just for them to say ok we can end session early because she’s cranky it makes no sense and a wa... read more
This office is really great! The staff is amazing- they never make you feel rushed, they treat your child like they are the most important patient they’ll see all day, they are calm when things don’t go according to plan (which happens all the time with kids), and everyone is so friendly! They meet your child where they are at and educate you as the parent so you can do the same exercises at home. I’ve always felt comfortable and definitely recommend coming here if you need therapy for your little one!
The best place. My daughter loved going here for her therapies, and every single person on staff is wonderful. They love their patients and were just as excited for all of her progress as I was! Lisa is amazing. Our family is so grateful for everyone’s expertise, professionalism, and genuine kindness at Ivy.
Great team! My son’s OT has worked very well with him. I would recommend.
