My son has been going to Ivy rehab for a few months. Amanda and Melissa (the pts) are AMAZING! My son has torticollus and we’ve noticed a significant change for it during our time here!! 10/10 recommend!
I want to provide honest feedback regarding punctuality. My daughters’ therapy sessions (speech, occupational, and physical) are only 30–45 minutes, yet appointments frequently start late. This directly cuts into the time she is supposed to receive care, which is unacceptable. Consistency and respect for scheduled time are critical when it comes to a child’s developmental services. I am also used to being scheduled less days but now I’m scheduled 3-4 days opposed to 2 days.
The PTs are amazing! They made my family feel comfortable and were amazing with my baby!
